- التأكد من ان خطة الرصد و التقييم يتم تنفيذها (قائمة اتمام الرصد و التقييم)
- التأكد و متابعة نشاط المنسقين الفرعيين (الخريطة الزمنية لنشاطات الرصد)
تقييم الفتية
- سؤال يومي من المرشد على ما احبوا و ما ضايقهم
تقييم أخر المعسكر
- هل تعلمت اي كلمات من لهجة عربية اخرى و ما هي
- هل تعلمت كل المهارات التقنية التي كنت تريد تعلمها و ما اقتراحك لمهارات ممكن اضافتها

During camp: Measure and monitor the progress on different levels

Qualitative : the narrative the daily whether from the campers or the supervisor or from the trainer him or herself
Each camp staff should have his or her own folder than includes their application, expectation and fear or pre camp evaluation, and the during progress Evaluation of the trainers is required for progress and for the trainers themselves to learn thing about themselves.
In the general staff meeting: we do general evaluation of things and concerns, and incase and an urging among the camp staff : example peer assist
